Refund policy
Kora offers exchange only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or has a size issue. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging. Products that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless the product is unavailable after payment or there is a genuine issue from our side. In most cases, eligible orders will be exchanged instead of refunded.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Cash on Delivery Policy
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Customers must confirm their order before dispatch. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Kora reserves the right to cancel COD orders if customer details are incomplete or confirmation is not received.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, customers should contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp, email, or Instagram.
